UPS Standard Shipping
We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for $13, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US.
Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Currently, we offer standard shipping on all comfort items for $25 per order and on toppers for $50 per order.
Special Shipping (remote locations, APO/FPO addresses)
We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for $13, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days.
Mattresses, Foundations, Frames, TEMPUR-Ergo Adjustable Bases
We deliver select mattress and base/foundation orders using our White Glove Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to.
Delivery Pricing
We offer White Glove Delivery within the continental United States for mattress + foundation or mattress + adjustable base for $175.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery time varies, depending on the distance from one of our delivery hubs to your home. Average delivery is 1 - 2 weeks, depending on your location. We can help you track your order anytime at 800-821-6621. This time frame applies to the mainland (48 states).
Special Delivery Requests
Special Delivery Conditions: if there are any unusual circumstances (such as multiple flights of stairs) please note them when you place your order and again when we call to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure we have the correct equipment and staff to deliver your bed.
Special Shipping (remote locations, Alaska/Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses)
For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address. The shipping timeframe is 4 - 6 weeks and may vary, depending on your shipping address. Our delivery team will work with you to schedule a delivery time frame as quickly as possible.
For APO/FPO addresses, we cannot ship mattresses, foundations, frames or Ergo adjustable bases
On Delivery Day
When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years and older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.
