I purchased this travel pillow prior to my posterior cervical decompression and fusion C2-T1 surgery after reading reviews. The firmness is perfect to control my neck/ head. I am 4 weeks post-op and could not have made it without this travel pillow!! I knew that my neurosurgeon did not order a hard cervical collar post-op. This travel pillow has been perfect to sleep in and when pain is mounting. For 6 weeks where I can not bend, turn, or twist my neck, this pillow is just what I need!! This was truly a great investment!!

at first it seemed pretty thick on my neck but the more i use it i really love it, it really helps keeping my neck in place while in my chair

Replaces a very old one. Still high quality and very effective. Looks like it will hold up. Ridiculous price but I hope I go t what I paid for. Wish they sold replacement covers

Used on a long flight and helped get more rest.
